Can anyone help me out??? B201 lists Programming as an additional service however it doesn't reference B202? Additional service, Site Evaluation B203 is referenced? Also B102 Article 2, Sec 2.1......Owner shall provide info in a timely manner...including a written program which shall set forth the Owner's objectives...
B202 pairs with B102 doesnt it? If so how is Article 2, Sec 2.1 handled??
