hnQ_9999, thanks for putting this list together.
Below are some additional dates you may add to your list.

10d: Architect must notify owner prior to recording design professionals lien
90d: Architect files Design Professionals Lien if he/she believes the landowner is not going to build the project (client stops paying Architect)
90d: After architect has filed a Mechanics Lien, he/she has 90 days to file a lawsuit.

I thought Design Prof Lien
was outlaw since 2012.

Doucette said that there's confusion about that and that it was never really outlawed and that we should know about it for the exam. For me....i'm familiar with the word and i generally know what it's about. Not stressing too much over it.

Actually, take a look at Knowledge Statement #68 in the Handbook (the latest one by CAB)

68. Knowledge of California laws related to design professional and contractor liens and their implications for the architect's and client's responsibilities.

In other words, it's still out there and CAB is saying you should know about it.

It was repealed and changed. It never really went away. The State just modified it.
