Report to the Architect (alone)

Do you guys notice there are 31 instances in A201 that has "GC shall report to Owner and Architect"
and ONLY ONCE, "GC to report to Architect" alone, without Owner being mentioned ? Can you guess where ?

And, for the record, "report" also means "communicate", which contradicts to
4.2.4: "Owner and GC SHALL communicate via Architect".
