litigation in A201

did litigation get taken out of A201?

typo, i meant litigation.

i just dived into a little more. it seems that litigation clause is in A101, which makes sense.
A201 is only the general conditions part of the contract, it wont show up there.

Litigation is not mentioned in A201.

Here is a link to help understand why conflicts are typically resolved with arbitration and not with Litigation.
