BCDC limits in Bay Area

BCDC limits in Bay Area

If you have a project in the Bay Area that is over 100 feet from the coast/wetland/estuary/streams, seems like it is out of BCDC scope. Does it still need a permit? With who? surely not the CCC? Please advise.

Sorry to answer old posts. Just wanna speak up and getting feedback.

Says yr project is 150' away from a wetland in Bay Area, then you still
in a) coastal zone (if it is in coastal zone) or b) some up-land.
If there is no LCP exist, then there are CCx, UACE, Water/Air/Flood/FG/Tox regarding
CEQA issues that needed to be checked/verified depending on what you do and
at what specific location characteristic. Your question didn't ask about the issues
but rather jurisdiction, that is not specific enough. If your project have endangered
species issues, BCDC still can pop the question, because the animals might run into
the 100' zone.
Hope I am right ?
