During the Change Order process,when required, at what point the architect resubmit the change to the building department for plan approval ?
Is this sequence correct?
1) A change on the scope of work is proposed or requested
2) GC estimates the additional costs and time for the work
3) Architect reviews GC estimate of the changes and present to client
4) Let's assume the client accept
5) The architect prepares a Change Order to be signed by Owner,GC and Architect
6)The architect prepare the re-submittal documentation ( deltas and clouds on the drawings)
7) The building department or DSA approves
8) The GC proceeds with the work
