A201 states that the Architect is an Owner's representative until the Architect issues the final certificate for payment.
B201 states that the limit of Architect’s Construction Phase services is 60 days after Substantial Completion, or anticipated date of Substantial Completion, whichever is earlier.
...does this mean the Architect can be done with construction phase services prior to having issued the final certificate for payment? That the Architect can still be a representative for the Owner after being done with construction phase services? Thank you for any clarification.
