sustainable building is responsible for occupant comfort, including noise??

It looks like Green Globes has a couple credits to deal with noise isolation; LEED also has an upcoming [currently pilot] credit for exterior noise control. Living Building Challenge also has the Equity petal, which addresses noise pollution.
