Which is correct? or Both? These are very confusing to me...

1. shop drawings/product data/samples
shop drawings/product data/samples needs to be reviewed and returned to the contractor in reasonable promptness.
shop drawings/product data/samples needs to be reviewed and returned to the contractor in 20 days, resubmittal needs to be returned in 10 days.

2. What terminates when?
Architect's contract period teminates at the earlier of the issurance of the final certification for payment to owner or 60 days after substantial completion.
Architect's contract period terminates at 11 months warranty inspection.
Architect's Construction Administration period teminates at the earlier of the issurance of the final certification for payment to owner or 60 days after substantial completion.
