Interior Footing Depth - Vignette question

So I have been noticing that people are drawing the interior bearing walls at a shorter footing depth than the exterior bearing walls which are going to the frost line. Is there a reason for this? What drives the interior footing depth if it is not the frost line? I feel like I am missing something because I have been drawing the interior footing to the frost line like the exterior footing.

Thanks for any answers.

Interior footing should be right below slab. There is no frost at the interior.
