Nagging Question on Contract Docs

Hi, I have had this nagging question that I have not been able to find a straight answer to.

When they say that the architect should not prepare any contract forms which forms does that entail. Just A101 or A201, Supp & Special Conditions as well?

If they are allowed to prepare the conditions is it their responsibility under basic services to prepare all the conditions?

Good question...

Kaplan: "An architect should not prepare construction contracts or apply the law to specific contractual matters. These are duties of the owner's attorney."

On the second "they" I am referring to the Architect.

You gotta love the semantics involved with this test. One thing to note is the architect "administers" the contracts (all or some I don't know). I'm not sure administers means preparing.
