Black spectacles exam questions

and does anyone know what is up with this? Was it because I didn't put a capital letter? Will the exam be like this?
It also asks if a parking lot and a sidewalk are not at the same elevation what should I consider.
I didn't select "The maximum allowable slope of an accessible ramp must be met" because shouldn't it be the "minimum allowable slope"?
The architect provides a construction cost estimate after? I selected SD, DD, & Cd but I got that wrong and it says only SD & DD. This is conflicting from what I read elsewhere.
