I caught a mistake. I had calculated the amount of space needed for the duct/joist of the 1st floor correctly but made an error while drawing it. Glad I'm getting in plenty of practice with this lousy software...

I would check the duct work shown on the 2nd floor. I am getting that the duct work should be 32 x 16 at the cut line, same as the first floor, and your ducts appear to be different sizes.
