Hi all - any help would be appreciated.

Below is a Kaplan question..

The phrase "Sick Building Syndrome" is used primarily to describe poor indoor air quality (IAQ). This phenomenon can result from

I. inadequate ventilation
II. off-gassing from fabrics and coatings.
III. tobacco smoke.
IV. wind.

A. I and II
B. II and III
C. I and IV
D. I, II and III

The answer is D - In what world is tobacco smoke (cigarettes) allowed indoors?? Thanks!
