There is an existing building remodeling. The Construction Plans say "No scope in existing bathrooms, just fixture change, same location". During Construction the GC brings to the architect attention that the plumbing is not up to code and it is questionable the new fixtures will work.
Architect advices to bring the plumbing back to code. Who makes the final decision?. GC is asking to the architect if after Architect advice they must change the plumbing. To me seems like it's the Owner the one who makes the final decision based or not, in the architects advice. Comments?
