CDS vignette - draw section on top of plans?

Has anyone and is it allowed to draw the section on top of the floorplan? I am trying to streamline my time and cut down on unnecessary clicking and zooming and construction lines. Also how much time exactly do I have to actually draw the section? I have 15 minutes of intro time. What does that actually mean? Can I start drawing right away? What does the exit questionnaire time of 15 minutes mean? Can I still draw during that time? Am I getting a full hour and 30 minutes of drafting time?

Can't recall exactly. I think you can use the tutorial, but if you need to, you're not ready.

Can I start drawing right away?

Not during intro. You may be able to skip intro (others will chime in) but you won't get extra vignette time.

What does the exit questionnaire time of 15 minutes mean?

Uh, there's an exit questionnaire. Nothing to worry about.

Can I still draw during that time?

Nope.

Am I getting a full hour and 30 minutes of drafting time?

Nope.
