Not really. They need to have fire-rated glass, and need to meet safety glazing requirements if used in hazardous locations as outlined in the IBC. Doors are considered hazardous locations unless the opening wouldn't allow a 3" sphere to pass through it (there are other exemptions but they would not typically apply to your question). So while wired glass is traditionally acceptable for use as fire-rated glass, the code would not allow it being used in a door. Unless of course it can pass the requirements for safety glass. However, there are other fire-rated glazing products, and you wouldn't be limited to only wired glass.
