Postby dkismet » Fri Sep 23, 2016 7:10 pm

Terminate work:
1. when work has stopped more than 60 CONSECUTIVE Days
2. when work has stopped more than 30 days due to the court order,
3. when work has repeatedly stopped by owner more than 120 Days in the calendar year
4. project time-line has more than doubled (at no fault of contractor)
5. After 7 day notice if Owner breaches contract

Temorarily Stop Work:
2. Finds Hazardous materials are found that could harm peoples
3. Finds Human remains or archaeological sites or wetlands

Did I miss anything?

I think:
Terminate work:
1) 60 consecutive days + 7 days notice
2) 30d+7d notice
3) 120d
4) ...
5) 7d+7d notice if non-pymt
Temporarily Stop Work at Effected areas:
2. Finds Hazardous materials are found that could harm peoples
3. Finds Human remains or archaeological sites or wetlands
4. Safety issue is found
5. Per AHJ order
Stop Work completely by Owner/AHJ order.
