Hi Team
I'm wondering if someone can shed light on why the Architect can list "Methods and Installation techniques" in the specifications, but the contracts, such as the B101 clearly state the following:
B101:
The Architect shall not have control over, charge of or responsibility for the constructions means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work
Wouldn't describing methods and techniques of installation in the specs. conflict with this and enable the Architect to be held liable in the event of an incident?
Or perhaps is there a limit to the extent to which the Architect describes them.
Thanks so much as always
