Vignette Questions

Just a couple small details in case anyone has insight:
-Should the top of foundation extend 4"-6" above grade so the slab can be poured up to it on the exterior walls?
-Should the finished ceiling break at the fire rated interior partition or just overlap the two?
-Dorf mentioned in his video to take the interior non fire rated partitions a couple inches above the finished ceiling. Does anyone think this will result in a negative on your score?

These are my thoughts. This is based on old post and peoples questions/comments in the past.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

-people have done the foundation in different ways, but I would suggest to either stop it at the bottom of the slab or level with the top

-break the ceiling at at least the fire rated wall.

-extend the interior non fire rated wall 6 inches above the finished ceiling.
