Alternate

This is the alternate from the ftp. Any comments appreciated.

1st floor ceiling height is 9'
2nd floor ceiling height is 8'-6"
elevator and meeting room is 26'

Frost depth is 4', parapet is 2'-8" above roof.

My plenums are:
1st floor: 28" joist + 24" duct + 8" lights = 60"
2nd floor: 36" joist + 24" duct + 8" lights = 68"
Meeting Rom: 28" joist + 20" duct + 8" lights = 56"

correct me if i am wrong, according to the program i have for this vignette, it asks for 16" deep joist at the elevator shaft. It seems to me that you draw a 28" joist instead of 16".

Otherwise looks fine to me. I have the same plenums size as yours.

Just wanna make sure are the spot elevations at your parapets 32'2" and 38'4"?

you are right, i measured the one of the elevator shaft, so it says 38'4". it should be 34'4".

thank you!
