spot elevations in NCARB vignette and one question

in NCARB vignette, is the correct spot elevation on top of the lab roof 27'8" and 21' on the rest part of the bldg roof?

does the ceiling need to stop at the interior fire-rated wall and non-rated interior wall?

I think there's no need to break the ceiling at either wall.
