as far as i know, you don't need to break the ceiling. You can draw right through the fire rated partition and the non-rated partition.

Also your joists above the lab doesn't line up with the plan. Other than that, everything else looks good to me.

Is it a definite deduction if I don't break the ceiling at rated partition?
I think we can draw rated partition right through the joist and the slab without breaking either the slab or the partition but we can't draw finish ceiling through rated partition?

Can anyone clarify this? Coach?

It should be.

Stop rated wall at bottom of deck.
