Your interior footing is at the wrong depth, and the slab should not go all the way through, your bearing wall would not sit on top of the slab.
Also its only been a hour since you first posted have some patience.

Why the interior footing is at the wrong depth?
I watched the you tube video explained the resolution of the vignette and he installed the slab all the way through...

TroyW is right. I saw that you tub too, but there is comment below which is explaining the interior footing is in a wrong place.
