A complete solution/project. Design-build is basically turn key. Turn key is not a project delivery method, it's a figure of speech.

8. Where can I get a free copy of the AIA Document A701?

Myncarb, Google, or with a current copy of AHPP.

18. Exterior openings are sealed - why?

Huh? Do you want moisture to come in?

23. What is the difference between the GC's warranty coverage and the one-year correction period after substantial completion?

Contract vs state law.

If a defect that is clearly due to non-compliance with CD is found after final punch list and payment, does it fall under warranty or one-year correction period?

Read A201.

33. Why is it not Bid Bond and Performance Bond? Certified check??

I have no clue. They seem oblivious to this stupid question/answer.

43. I had B, D and E. Good lord. Please explain the correct answers, thanks!

Another really dumb question. All I can tell you is to absorb everything in the AHPP and regurgitate it during the exam.
