I got my pass letter last week! I walked away from the exam not knowing which way it was going to go!
I studied for about 2 months (4-6 hours a week), mostly reading the Kaplan book, took the practice quizes and exams, studying the ArchiFlash flashcards and listening to professional practice lectures. I STRONGLY recommend listening to the lectures by Lawyers at Shiff Hardin, the lectures can be found here: http://www.schiffhardin.com/design-build/lecture-notes/architecture-544---spring-2012.
I was trying to wait till the last week of studying to practice the vignettes, I don't recommend doing this. I started stressing about it and 3 weeks before the exam I broke down and gave the vignette a shot - I realized it wasn't so bad and relieved a lot of stress!
Also, don't cram the night before (or even the few nights before). Relax. It's only a test.
