Ballast Practice Exam #33

This questions asks to name which statement is false according to the A201:
I was between the 2 answers below:

a) owner can require the contractor to name him or her as an additional insured on the contractor's liability insurance

c) if the owner required the contractor to purchase project management protective liability insurance it becomes the owner, contractor, and architect's primary vicarious liability insurance for construction operations under the contract.

According to ballast (a) is the answer and therefore false However, in reading the general conditions 11.1.4 states " the contractor shall cause the commercial liability coverage required by the contractor documents to include the owner, architect, and architect's consultants as additional insureds for claims caused in whole or in part by the contractor's negligent acts or omission" and the commentary says "it has become common industry practice to require that the contractor name the owner, architect, and/or architect's consultants as additional insureds under the contractor's commercial liability insurance ... and the former requirement for Project Management Protective Liability insurance was deleted as this practice saves legal expenses for all insured parties ..."

Am correct in assuming this ballast practice question is based off an older version and that (a) would be true and (c) would be false as protective liability insurance is no longer addressed in the general conditions?
